Shipping

• All guitars listed are currently in our inventory, so we can ship your items without delay.

• Most purchases leave Majestyk Guitars of Fort Collins within two business days of receipt of your order. Orders received on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will ship out on Monday.

• In most cases, Majestyk Guitars of Fort Collins will delay shipping an instrument during extreme temperatures.

• If a package is not able to be delivered for any reason and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

• If the guitar arrives damaged from transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can assist you to resolve the problem. All damages incurred during shipment will be the responsibility of the shipping company that delivered the item (FedEx, USPS, or UPS).

• Note: If an instrument is shipped during extreme temperatures, please allow the guitar to acclimate to your indoor space IN THE SHIPPING BOX for a minimum of 6-8 hours before opening to avoid cracking or other damages.

Return Policy

Standard Returns

• Only new instruments are eligible for returns and refund.

• 5-day return window from receipt (flexible if communicated) receive a refund, minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges.

• Authorization is required before returning any item.

• Items must be returned in original condition.

• All original packing materials required:

  • Original packaging

  • Hang tags

  • Certificates

  • Warranty cards

• Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

• Additional charges may apply for any damages.

• International orders are not eligible for returns.

• The manufacturer’s warranty must not have been registered to qualify for a refund.

Shipping and Damage 

• Direct Signature Requirement on all shipments for security.

• Shipping costs on returns are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Damage during transit:

  • Client eligible for refund

  • Must submit:

    • Photos of damage within 24 hours of delivery

    • Detailed information about the damage

 Additional Terms

• All returns are subject to inspection.

• Items damaged during return shipping may incur additional charges.

• Majestyk Guitars of Fort Collins reserves the right to refuse returns that don’t meet policy requirements.
