About the Luthier
Adam Moore is a distinguished classical guitar builder based in Denver, Colorado. His journey into guitar lutherie began in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, under the mentorship of renowned harpsichord and classical guitar maker Roger Anderson. Upon Anderson's retirement, he entrusted Moore with his entire workshop—including materials, tools, and workbenches—along with four decades of expertise and invaluable mentorship. After relocating the workshop to Denver, Moore has continued to refine his craft with unwavering dedication.
Specializing in traditional fan-braced guitars, Moore's approach seamlessly integrates Anderson's time-tested techniques with innovations gleaned from extensive research and collaboration with fellow craftsmen. His commitment to continuous improvement and evolution in his craft reflects the dynamic nature of lutherie.
